Trix Service strictly prohibits any fraudulent action by the Publisher that may damage, directly or indirectly, the Merchant and/or the reputation of the Imperial Deal network and/or of Trix Service.
Trix Service prohibits Publishers from distributing contents attributable to Merchants to players residing in countries for which the Merchants do not hold the required licenses to operate legally and in compliance with local regulations. For example, it is strictly forbidden for Publishers to distribute contents attributable to Merchants that do not hold a licence issued and authorised by the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM), since such behaviour is to be considered illegal.
For the purposes of compliance with legislation on anti-money laundering and prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of laundering the proceeds of criminal activities and financing of terrorism (Legislative Decree 231/2007 and subsequent amendments and additions), and to prevent fraudulent and illegal activities it is the Publisher’s responsibility:
- fill in the registration form;
- provide truthful data;
- constantly update all data;
- comply with all the indications contained in the Policies

It is strictly prohibited for a Publisher to open more than one account on the platform or to manage accounts in the name of other Publishers.
The Publisher, as their account manager, must not disclose information to third parties.
The Publisher is also charged:
- to promote the campaigns, and thus distribute the unique URL to the igostake site, only to players/users who have reached the age of majority;

ARTICLE 5: MANNER OF PUBLICATION OF CONTENT RELATING TO MERCHANTS
In order to avoid the problems concerning the promotion of unauthorised online gaming sites, for the sole purpose of protecting the Publishers from the possibility of committing unlawful acts, Trix Service has developed the igostake website, i.e. a bonus comparison website that allows Publishers to show the player only the list of online gaming sites authorised in the player’s country, in relation to the campaigns requested on the platform by the Publisher.
The Publisher, therefore, may only and exclusively distribute to the traffic sources the unique URL to the igostake site, the “aid” parameter of which corresponds to the identification number of the Publisher’s account in the platform, which she/he can retrieve from the appropriate area on the platform’s home page after logging in with her/his access credentials.
It is therefore expressly forbidden for the Publisher to distribute on any traffic source any direct tracking links to the Merchants’ online gaming sites.
Thanks to an automatic identification of the player’s country through an external geolocation service of the IP address, the use of the igostake website will protect the Publisher as far as possible from distributing links to unauthorised online gaming sites to players.
The publisher undertakes to respect the methods of implementing each campaign in accordance with the specifications given by Trix Service or by the Merchant. Any action not provided for or not described in the campaign shall be subject to the Trix Service’s and/or Merchant’s approval.
In particular, Trix Service draws the Publisher’s attention to the following points:
Incentive: Unless explicitly authorised by the Merchant and by Trix Service, it is formally prohibited for the publisher to offer “premiums” or “bonuses” to players in any form whatsoever. If the Merchant authorises the incentive, the publisher should respect the exact methods and, if necessary, obtain prior permission from the Merchant.
Matched betting: Unless explicitly authorised by the Merchant and Trix Service, it is formally prohibited for the Publisher to acquire players who use the Merchants’ online gaming sites for matched betting activities. If Trix Service authorises it, the Publisher should respect the exact methods and, if necessary, obtain prior permission from the Merchant.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the exclusion of the Publisher from the Imperial Deal affiliate network/platform and the loss of commissions.
By accepting this Terms and Conditions, you also accept our privacy policy and cookie policy.

In the interest of all parties, all actions aimed at artificially increasing the commission owed to the Publisher are prohibited.
Any action taken (automatically or otherwise) by the Publisher with the aim of generating artificial commissions shall be considered fraudulent. Similarly, any action that does not respect the implementation methods for a marketing campaign may be deemed fraudulent by Trix Service, without any further justification.
In the event of fraud, the contract will be terminated with immediate effect, without notice and without any compensation. If applicable, Trix Service will request the reimbursement of amounts unduly paid to the partner, and reserves the option of commencing legal proceedings against the partner. Unless previously authorised by Trix Service in writing, the following operations shall not be taken into account in the calculation of commissions:
- Artificial, repeated clicks not made by a web surfers (meaning an individual freely choosing to click on an merchant’s visual element), carried out by a robot, software or by any other means;
- Forced clicks: a forced click is considered to be a click on an merchant’s visual element imposed on a web surfer in order to grant this latter’s access to the publisher’s web traffic source, to confirm an action – such as participation in a game, to send a message, etc. (this list is not intended to be exhaustive).
- The automated generation of e-mail addresses;
- Clicks obtained using modified tags;
- The multiple registration of the same state in order to mislead the Merchant;
- Clicks or registrations obtained by bypassing the igostake website;

ARTICLE 7: BILLING AND PAYMENT
Trix Service will track the Publisher’s activity in numerical terms and on the basis of the information provided by each merchant will calculate and pay commissions to the Publisher, on the condition that the Merchant pays them to Trix Service.
Trix Service processes payments to its Publishers once a month, using the payment information provided in the account details. This amount includes all cost items, including any stamp duties, social security charges, transaction fees, etc. Therefore, the total must correspond to the “Amount” item on the payments page.
Earned commissions must reach the minimum payout threshold of 50 (fifty) Euros. Commissions below the minimum payout threshold will be carried over to the next month’s payment session.
Trix Service undertakes to pay publishers a commission calculated using one of the following methods:
- CPA (fixed): the Cost Per Acquisition model allows for a fixed gain for each player referred by the Publisher and who performs the action described in the campaign description. No CPA will be paid for players who perform speculative actions in order to trigger the CPA, such as betting their deposit on a single bet and then not betting again. Any player deemed fraudulent or a bonus abuser by the Merchant, who will self-exclude or who is a duplicate of an existing account, will not be considered for the CPA payment.
- REVENUE SHARE: the revenue share payment model allows the commission to be identified through a percentage calculated on the revenue generated by the players referred by the Publisher; unless otherwise agreed with the Publisher, there must be at least 5 (five) new FTDs per month for the commissions to be recognised.
- HYBRID: a payment model combining the revenue share and CPA models.
Nothing will be due to the Publisher from the Trix Service from the day after a campaign is paused or deleted.
Nothing shall be due to the Publisher from Trix Service for the commissions generated after the resolution of this contract.

Trix Service expressly points out that in some countries the advertising of betting and gaming offered on the affiliate platform, or the inducement to bet and gamble, is regulated and subject to legal restrictions, and may even be prohibited. In this case, the Publisher acknowledges that it has no right to distribute on the traffic sources material of Trix Service and/or content referable to the Merchant and/or the unique URL to the igostake website.
If discomfort occurs, of any form whatsoever, caused to Trix Service, due to the Publisher’s failure to comply with any prohibitions present in the country in which the activity is carried out or in that of the Publisher’s and/or player’s domicile, the Publisher will be solely responsible for these drawbacks.
